Our mission is to provide compassionate retreat options to those who are seeking to restore balance to their lives through spiritual and personal healing. Ayahuasca shows us the truth of all things, revealing the light and the dark that exists in each and every one of us. It is through this duality that we can embrace self-love and personal growth.
Space is limited to 12 participants in every retreat to ensure we can provide individualized attention and support during such a personal and profound experience.
We hope you will join us.

ENJOY YOUR SPACE
The ayahuasca experience can bring up intense emotions and revelations. This often includes releasing traumas, and confronting issues from the past.
We believe it is important to have a private space that you can retreat to and process on your own.
Our retreat center offers 6 private rooms with private bathrooms. We also offer 3 additional shared room to provide a more economic option for friends traveling together. The shared rooms are limited to 2 guests per room.
Enjoy our common areas for when you are feeling social or find your peaceful solitude when you need it. The choice is yours.
We never compromise your privacy.
Matthew has been working with ayahuasca since 2014 and is our resident ayahuasquero. He guides each participant through the experience with Icaros which are medicine songs either passed down from his teacher or gifted by ayahuasca. Matthew, a highly sensitive and intuitive empath, adapts the songs of the ceremony to meet the energy of the room. The songs of the spirit come to him, and his powerful voice carries them through the space. This is why it is so important to us to keep our groups intimate so that the energetic space is maintained with respect to each individual's experience. Matthew is supported by his wife, Jeanae, who plays the flute. Our intimate ceremonies are offered in darkness, promoting an inward journey to heal the soul.
Matthew has facilitated hundreds of ceremonies and leads with compassion, love, and a deep connection to spirit.
Matthew’s training takes him to Iquitos, Peru multiple times a year to complete master plant dietas and learn the Peruvian ceremonial traditions under the guidance of his teacher. Matthew’s intentions and passion in his work are unparalleled. There is no question of his integrity or his sincerity in his mission to help others.
All our retreats include Hatha yoga sesions led by our resident yoga instructor Jeanae. Yoga has a multitude of benefits, not only physically but mentally as well. Yoga sessions are held on the morning of each ceremony day to help prepare the participant for the journey in the evening. Hatha yoga classes are 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of guided relaxation with a focus on intention.
FOOD AS FUEL
The ayahuasca diet doesn't have to be boring. What we put into our body is fuels not only our physical state but our mental state as well. The gut produces over 90% of our serotonin and when our gut biome is off, we feel off as well. Its no wonder our gut referred to as the second brain. Our vegan menu has been curated with love and our meals are rich in nutrition and flavor.
NATURE IS HEALING.
Spending time oudoors can boosts seratonin while lowering the stress hormone cortisol. Our vast property offers multiple hiking trails with a variety of flora and fauna. It's not uncommon to see monkeys, macaws, or pizotes! Our beach trip offers endless ways to commune with nature while processing the ayahuasca experience in the Costa Rican sun and landscape.
